CGD Group insurance companies embarked on a project to structure their commitment to sustainability in 2007, involving consideration of their role in creating value for stakeholders.
This resulted in the creation of the “Gente com Ideias” social responsibility project as a platform for sustainable development issues, interacting with such companies’ stakeholders i.e. employees, suppliers, business partners and society in general.
This is a different format which encourages employees to submit proposals to top management and also represents an unequivocal  investment by these companies in their commitment to sustainable development.
Contributing to a more sustainable world, encouraging greater social equality, respect for the environment and commitment to innovation.
